In most cases, we are able to give you an estimate for your repair immediately. We do have an on-site jeweler who is able to do repairs same-day or while-you-wait for a small fee. Otherwise, you can generally expect your repair to be completed within 7 days. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your repair and set realistic timeframe expectations.

APPRAISALS

A formal written appraisal normally takes 45 minutes to an hour per piece. Measurements and pictures are taken within the first 30 minutes. The rest of the time is spent evaluating the information and coming up with a value. You will leave with a formal written appraisal. These appraisals are typically used for Insurance, Liquidation, and Estate purposes.The appraisal process is a science and requires many measurements and calculations. WATCHES

A good watchmaker is hard to find and we’re convinced we have the best!

Our watch maker is so great he warranties most repairs for a whole year! Due to the complicated nature of a watch and difficulty in finding appropriate watch parts, these repairs can take a very long time. Estimates can take 3-4 weeks and another 3-4 weeks for repair completion. Again, some repairs can take longer but we will keep you updated on it’s progress.

REPAIR POLICY

All repair pieces are covered under our insurance (Jeweler’s Mutual)

This insurance covers any theft, damage, etc. Items left for more than 90 days after the completion of work will be forfeited.
