RETURN POLICY

Hanebrink Jewelers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We will work with you to make you happy. There is a 5 day return on all ready to wear jewelry. Custom pieces are final and cannot be returned.

Please note that we will not refund the cost of shipping.

We require that you insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price.
Please include the original invoice along with all accompanying materials that were shipped to you.

Send the package to the following address via USPS with a return receipt request to confirm delivery of your shipment.

Returns will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks. Payments made via credit cards will be credited back to that account less the shipping charges.

Hanebrink Jewelers Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return process
All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing. If the item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return. The item will be shipped back to you without a credit.

Custom items or any special order cannot be returned or canceled.

Design deposits and engraving fees are non-refundable.
